The architectural project of the facades of a business-class residential complex, which reflects the industrial past of the area and the modern scale of housing.

The site is located in the Nagorny district and has a developed infrastructure and good accessibility. Near the metro station “Nagornaya”, a public transport stop at 390 meters. There are about 50 educational institutions, a large sports complex with ski slopes, a sports school, a cardiology center, shops and shopping malls.
To the forested area about 700 meters.

The main stage of this task is the first one, where the geometry of the vertical plane is defined in context with the environment.
The plastic facades of the towers reflect the very urban image of the rapidly developing area in which they are located.
The main goal of such a façade solution is to preserve the dialogue and scale between man and architecture.

The first floor of the towers is designed for near perception and is maximally tactile: the material basis of the decoration is textured brick, which also emphasizes the multi-level portals of the showcases and horizontal floors. Thought out small plasticity, the proportionality of the ratio of the height of the floor to the overall vertical.

One of the features of the façade concept is also rotary panels – they create a play of light and shadow that visually highlights the residential complex in the urban landscape.

Entrance portals are accentuated by accent metal panels with a bronze sheen. The visor is made laconically – its simple form echoes the entire geometry of the facade.

In fact, the entire stylobate is occupied by social and leisure facilities: children’s centers, coffee houses, essential stores, salons and parcel delivery points.

The entrance to the underground parking is separated: separate blocks-entrances are made for them, which do not mate with the residential part and do not split the boulevard along the houses.
