When developing a new look, we were inspired by the architecture of the Bauhaus school, the methods and principles of which were as close as possible to the renovated building complex – laconic forms, strip glazing, strict geometry and maximum functionality.
The strict grid of the facade is interrupted by the rhythm of decorative inserts in accent white. On them, by perforation, we proposed to depict unobtrusive stylized images of ears of wheat, as an image and a reference to the field of activity of the factory.
Functionally, the complex of buildings is divided into several volumes – these are administrative blocks and a production workshop. We decided to emphasize this difference by highlighting the production unit with a different facade solution and finishing material. We proposed to make it more environmentally neutral. Metal cassettes with high reflectivity are used on the facades. And the stained glass profile is light and matched to the main mass of the facade.
The concept of the main entrance group can be described as: a general neutral background, with bright compositional accents in color, diluted with planes of different relief and texture, emphasized by accent lighting.
