The project provides for entrance from two sides – from the street and from the courtyard, a waiting area and reception, a convenient space for viewing mail, a bathroom, a place for a concierge and a passage to the elevators.
Light colors in the design, broken lines ornamentation and competent lighting help to create an atmosphere worthy of premium-class housing.
The space near the elevators is complemented by a glass panel that visually increases the size of the room. The ornament, located above the openings of the elevators, is not only made in the corporate style, but also conveys movement.
The elevators are decorated with ornaments with floral motifs, and are also equipped with a mirrored wall and ceiling, which, as it were, open up a closed space.
In the style of minimalism, in which accents are placed due to lighting, the spaces near the doors to the apartments are also made. Emphasis is also placed on light-colored finishes, which are contrasted by the entrance doors.
The design of the flights of stairs is designed in such a way that unnecessary details do not prevent a person from quickly orienting themselves in space.
Arrow-shaped lamps installed in the garage on the underground level serve not only for lighting, but also as an additional means of navigation.
