The settlement is located in the Leningrad region, near the city of Vyborg. Surroundings: variable forest density, river and country roads. A place as far away from the bustle as possible.
The main principle of creating this village is the integrity and complete preservation of the landscape of the site – all roads and hiking trails are organized exclusively thanks to trees and the existing terrain. Occasionally, in places of functional necessity, fences and decking are built.
The architectural image of the houses is also created in the likeness of natural forms: rounded corners, cladding made of wooden slats, supports, also made of wood, dictate complete fusion with the environment.
The only distinctive contrast in the entire solution is the introduction of brick red color in the window frames and terrace railings.
