A 69.6 m² apartment-showroom with a broken glazed facade, where geometry works on life scenarios. The heart of the project is a 33 m² open kitchen-living room: a linear kitchen with built-in appliances and high cabinets forms a calm background, with an oval table for six people along the axis of the space, and a soft group on a carpet near the panoramic windows. The common area is visually assembled by a “Christmas tree” parquet, and a large carpet localizes the living room.
Clean planes, built-in furniture and hidden switching support order and visual silence; light is built on a combination of tracks, local lights and soft illumination of niches. Different scenarios are laid in the project: from a dinner with friends to a private work and relaxation.
The private part is a master format: a bedroom with a soft headboard and a work chair by the window, a separate bathroom, and a dressing room. A wide soft headboard with textile panels and wall sconces forms the center, and burgundy side tables add emphasis, supporting the overall style of the interior.
On the contrary, there is a low console for storage and media with hidden switches, so that the room remains visually quiet. A lounge area has been created near the windows: an armchair with a floor lamp and a small table, providing a place for morning light and evening reading. Double curtains on a hidden ceiling cornice (veil + blackout) allow for fine-tuning of privacy and darkness.
A compact dressing room with a U-shaped storage system made of warm walnut: open shelves, rods, and dressers with display trays for accessories.
There is a short path from the hallway to the guest bathroom with an emphasis on vertical and light. It is made in a pinkish‑beige shade.
In a separate symmetrical bathroom area near the master bedroom, there is a floating bedside table in smoky blue and two round sinks on a stone countertop. On the opposite side there is a symmetrical bathroom with a multi-faceted tinted glass screen separating the shower and the suspended toilet. Large porcelain stoneware on the floor and hidden light sources create a clean, modern, “spa”The character is simple, and the laconic knots, brass towel warmer, and spot light create a clean, architectural composition.
A minimalist balcony in a graphite volume: a high opening with panoramic glazing, a vertical light line, and a thin metal railing. A gray flooring, a cocoon chair, a small table, and a potted tree create a private lounge area with a calm graphics of light and shadow.
The loggia is reimagined as a compact office, perfect for focus work or morning coffee.
This Moscow apartment exudes understated luxury, a combination of austere minimalism, natural textures, and a deep, sensual shade of burgundy that adds drama and warmth to the interior.
