The residence in a prestigious area of Almaty is a stylish architectural ensemble, perfectly integrated into the local landscape. The project was created as a modern interpretation of the fundamental principles of classical architecture. Villa Maliat is a unique house that emphasizes the respectability of its owners

The house fits perfectly into the natural environment and, at the same time, stands out from it with its noble forms. Both the architectural solutions themselves and the combination of materials from which it is built helped to achieve this effect.

The combination of modern architecture, refined details and discreet forms at first glance demonstrates calm confidence. This is reflected in the strict forms, which are organically combined with refined ornamentation and smooth lines. The effect is enhanced by the use of noble materials.

The shape of the house creates the effect of concealment from prying eyes. The building seems to be spread out on the ground and fits into the landscape as an organic part. The effect is enhanced by the use of natural stone and adherence to strict forms. And complex granite elements on the facade add the necessary details.

We made sure that the exterior of the house was not overloaded and all elements were functional. The first thing you notice is the convenient driveway to the house with an expressive canopy protruding above the entrance group. Covered terraces and such canopies will help protect from rain and excessive sun.

The project pays special attention to the facade of the house. We paid great attention to the materials from which the house is made and their compatibility. Strict forms coexist with delicate ornamentation, and straight lines end with soft corner joints. Geometric patterns were made of natural stone, which was delivered from Montenegro and Italy.

Life surrounded by comfort that a person chooses for himself. Living in harmony with the environment.

The principles of modern classics are continued in the interiors of the villa. The floor is made of natural stone with individually selected patterns. The plaster moldings were made according to individual sections right on the site.

Part of the first floor is occupied by formal public areas. From the entrance hall we enter a spacious hall with a grand staircase decorated with a crystal installation. The hall flows into the dining room for receiving guests and then smoothly opens access to the fireplace room.

Behind the stained glass doors is the master kitchen. The second half of the first floor is dedicated to private areas: a master suite with two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a dressing room, as well as a study.

The homeowner’s study is done in dark chocolate and sets the person entering for a serious, businesslike mood. Due to the large volume of the room and the minimal number of interior details, the study is perceived as quite light. By moving the curtains, you can regulate the amount of daylight, turning the palette of the room into a softer and lighter one.

The main master bedroom is located on the first floor. The wall adjacent to the headboard is made in the form of a small niche, on the sides of which there are mirrors. This design of the sleeping area resembles the classic portals of antique orders, which gives the interior a monumental feel.

On the second floor there are children’s bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and dressing room – an ideal solution for family comfort.

The basement floor serves as a place for leisure and relaxation for the clients. It houses a spa area, a modern fitness room, and a cinema with a golf course system.

The bathrooms and spa areas are varied. There are all-white rooms, a bathroom with black and gold “inclusions” and a guest bathroom with an intriguing play of light and shadow on the walls.

Also, the interior is diversified by various interpretations of the “carriage coupler” on the backs of sofas and armchairs, bright canvases by contemporary artists and spectacular chandeliers that claim to be independent art objects. Modern and classic design exist in symbiosis, on the one hand, they independently affect visual sensations, and on the other, they emphasize the characteristic elements of different historical styles.
