The design combines modern premium interior elements with natural textures and “living” accents – plants in the florarium. Much attention is paid to natural lighting, which fills the entire space, emphasizing the main idea of the project: the desire for naturalness, harmony and integrity in the bustle of the city.
The entire central entrance area is designed to meet the diverse needs of residents: from spacious courier waiting areas to a children’s club with rooms for noisy and quiet games. The MOP space also included phone boxes – secluded spaces for negotiations and work. In a separate area there are mailboxes with their own seating area, a spacious stroller room and a bathroom.
All rooms in the central group are logically located for use and are also scenario-zoned from each other.
Typical floors are made in the same color scheme as the entrance group, but more modestly.
The project includes a separate room for children with a slide, games and places for quiet hobbies.
