The architectural and urban planning concept of the multifunctional complex is based on the formation of a structure resembling a small town in the mountains, with a central square and an elongated promenade street.
Upon entering the territory, guests are greeted by three buildings located around the central town square. In addition to the hotel function, the central buildings also house all the main public spaces, including the reception area. Further westward and up the slope, the narrow part of the site is developed in two lines, forming a promenade street.
Thanks to the active relief and the play with the height of the objects, all the facades are completely facing the mountains. This creates a multi-layered outline with low-lying buildings in the foreground and high-lying buildings in the background.
The multifunctional complex, located on a plot with a total area of 6.89 hectares, includes 9 hotel buildings with a total capacity of 1,170 people in 600 rooms (18 rooms for people with reduced mobility) and a sauna complex with a capacity of 35 people. The complex also includes tubing tracks and a training slope with conveyor belts.
To the north of the property, there is a large forest park that can be accessed through three entrances: the main entrance in the middle of the property, which is open to all guests of the resort, and two additional entrances for residents of the hotel area of the multifunctional complex, which are accessed through a checkpoint directly from the fenced-in area.
The diverse infrastructure includes: restaurants, a children’s club, a fitness center, offices and retail, a spa complex, equipment and inventory rental, a tubing track and a training slope with conveyor belts, and a pedestrian bridge connecting the multifunctional complex and the lower cable car station.
Territory improvement performs a collecting function and is divided into several types, depending on the position on the site:
– Flat: areas where it is possible to organize seasonal installations and events, stairs, amphitheaters and observation decks on the relief difference, paved sidewalks and streets, a developed path network; – Temporary structures: different options for fast-erected pavilions, easily adaptable to different functions and events and equipment on playgrounds.
The spa complex includes two indoor pools, massage rooms, and a 35-person “4 Elements” sauna complex with outdoor pools, all of which are strategically located to take advantage of the surrounding terrain.
The main idea of the complex comes from the beauty of the local nature – the theme of stones and the landscape, which is an integral part of the mountains.
The hotel complex has 600 rooms. The apartments are designed in a warm natural palette with an emphasis on tactile materials: wood, textiles, and expressive stone. The bedroom area is decorated with decorative panels with graphic ornamentation and soft lighting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The compact kitchenette with a stone countertop adds to the overall premium and cozy character of the interior.
