The spaces of the residential complex are thoughtfully designed so that the building becomes a complete ecosystem for living, working, and expressing creative freedom. The project features a grand lobby with a bar, a fitness center, a studio for individual workouts, a children’s playroom, a game room, a space for celebrations and master classes, a sound recording room, meeting rooms, and a co-working area.
The lobbies of the complex are designed as prestigious, multifunctional spaces that shape the first impression of the building and support residents’ comfortable daily routines. The layout of the grand lobby brings together a spacious entrance area, soft waiting zones, a concierge desk, a mail block, a stroller room, restrooms, and several meeting rooms for gatherings and work. The space is defined by tall columns, a wave-like ceiling with integrated lighting, and a sculptural reception desk.
The lobby interiors are executed in a soft, futuristic aesthetic, with an emphasis on flowing lines and sculptural architecture. The finishes feature light-toned stone, warm metallic accents, and upholstered furniture. Floor-to-ceiling glazing fills the lobby with natural light.
The waiting area is furnished with soft seating, sculptural décor, and a suspended lighting composition.
The elevator hall interiors are executed in a warm, neutral palette with an emphasis on vertical architecture. The spaces are finished with large-format stone, wall panels with softly rounded corners, and decorative metal inlays. The elevator portals are highlighted with marble finishes and integrated lighting that accentuates the height and geometry of the space.
The restroom is executed in a warm, neutral palette with an emphasis on fluid forms and textured materials. The walls are finished with light-toned panels, and the floor with large-format marble featuring an expressive pattern. The vanity area is defined by a dark stone countertop, a relief-textured cabinet façade, a shaped backlit mirror, and slender suspended light fixtures. The interior combines clean geometry, soft lighting, and premium finishing materials.
The meeting room interiors are executed in a warm, powdery-beige palette with an emphasis on soft forms. Large-format marble flooring, textured walls, integrated linear lighting, and sculptural light fixtures create an expressive yet calm impression.
The grand lobby restroom is executed in a warm monochromatic palette. A distinctive highlight is the unusual sculptural washbasin with an integrated faucet, which reads as a standalone art object and underscores the premium character of the interior.
The children’s area is designed as a multifunctional environment for play, learning, and rest for children of different ages. The space brings together several scenarios: active play, creative activities, master classes, quiet interaction, and time spent by parents with their children. The layout is built around a clear division by age and type of activity. For children aged 3–10, there is a spacious play zone with soft forms, free movement paths, and a visually open space.
Special attention has been paid to safety and wayfinding: the rooms are organized so that children can move freely between zones, while adults can easily keep an eye on what is happening.
The project also includes a master-class studio, a mother-and-child room, restrooms, a stroller room, and an entrance vestibule. The master-class room is designed as a bright and inspiring space for creativity, learning, and group activities. The layout is organized around round tables, which create a convenient format for collaboration, interaction, and small-group sessions.
A separate zone is dedicated to children aged 10–14 — quieter and more intimate, suited to socializing, board games, and independent activities. Its furnishings include a soft lounge area with poufs, a TV zone, spaces for board games and creative activities, as well as small nooks for privacy. The space can be used for watching films, socializing, reading, or quiet leisure. The design is built on a warm, muted palette, soft diffused lighting, and rounded forms. Glass partitions maintain a visual connection with the neighboring zones.
The children’s restroom interior is resolved in a soft, friendly aesthetic with an emphasis on safety and convenience. A calm beige base is complemented by gentle light-blue elements that make the space feel light, fresh, and visually comfortable for a child. Its thoughtful design includes a comfortable washbasin, a wall-hung toilet, a hygienic shower, a changing area, and open shelves for accessories.
The compact fitness center is executed in a warm, neutral palette, while textured panels and delicate lighting continue the aesthetic of the entrance areas.
The group-training studio is resolved in a warm, light palette with calm, fluid forms. Vertical relief panels, soft contour lighting, and large mirrors visually expand the space, creating an intimate atmosphere for yoga, Pilates, and functional training. Built-in niches for equipment and a ballet barre make the interior both refined and practical.
The beauty room is designed as an intimate space for grooming and relaxation — its layout includes a hairdresser’s station, a cozy waiting area, a treatment room with a spot for manicures and pedicures, a restroom, and auxiliary rooms for storage and equipment.
A smoothed rhythm runs through the spaces, accentuated by light. The core stylistic direction is clean forms and sleek surfaces.
An outdoor children’s area became an additional advantage of the project. It extends the interior space and creates opportunities for outdoor play, seasonal activities, and events.
The ancillary rooms are executed in the project’s unified, calm palette and support the overall interior aesthetic. The spaces for storing strollers, bicycles, and equipment are organized to be as functional as possible: built-in cabinets, hooks, and delicate lighting maintain order without visual noise.
The pet-grooming room is resolved in a clean and light manner — with a large mirror, a wall-hung cabinet, and minimalist details.
The typical floor is treated as a continuation of the project’s overall aesthetic: a warm, light palette, bronze metallic accents, and soft diffused lighting create a calm space. The elevator hall is finished with large mirrored surfaces and decorative panels featuring a geometric pattern, which add depth to the space.
The underground parking interior is executed in a restrained, contemporary aesthetic: dark panels, graphic markings, and linear lighting create an expressive and functional space. Gold inlays in the elevator hall area and on the ceiling panels add accents to the interior, emphasize the entrance zones, and help visually highlight key wayfinding points.
