The project combines a client area with an exhibition and meeting rooms, as well as an independent block for the team’s work. The layout structure is in the form of an L-shaped contour, with a compact service core in the center, which provides logical navigation for visitors and separation of employee and guest flows.
The main materials of the space are cold gray shades of metal, white ceiling and floor surfaces, combined with dark sand walls and carpet. The black thin lines of the fittings and shadow gaps emphasize the geometry of the room. The deep cobalt blue and turquoise in the lounge chairs and the greenery in the planters create focal points and balance the neutral background, all of which refers the user to the overall idea of the AIR business center.
The contrast between soft fabrics and hard, wear-resistant surfaces provides both functionality and comfort.
The floor is designed as a clear navigation: the main flow is a light, seamless, self-leveling coating with a delicate speckled texture that is resistant to wear and easy to clean; the waiting areas are highlighted with warm textile carpet tiles. The transition is flush-mounted without thresholds, which is safe, convenient for wheeled equipment, and visually clean.
The soft niches are integrated into the wall plane and function as quiet alcoves. The acoustic panels are finished in a neutral taupe tone, and the horizontal bench provides a comfortable seating experience and reduces reverberation.
At the sales office, visitors can get to know the AIR. project better by using the open and closed areas for online and offline meetings, calls, presentations, and waiting.
In the lounge area, you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. There is also an interactive table that allows guests to take a virtual tour of the business center.
You can discuss the details of the deal in one of the five meeting rooms. They are designed for 4-8 people.
The neutral “mineral” base (taupe panels, light gray surfaces, and a graphite niche) creates a calm background, while the turquoise and blue chairs add a lively accent and recognition. A large diffuse light panel in the ceiling provides even, glare-free light for presentations and video calls. The carpet tiles and soft upholstery of the chairs work together to improve the acoustics, reducing reverberation and maintaining the privacy of the conversation.
Open engineering communications, painted in a light matte tone; a continuous light line and soft light caissons with rounded corners form a plastic light outline. Air and height, reflecting capacity increase light comfort.
Local light “caissons”/niches with radius edges above the seats are soft light domes that create a sense of intimacy and privacy.
The architects and designers of the project have thought through every detail to emphasize the feeling of comfort and status for years to come.
The client’s bathroom is designed using similar design techniques: metal curved walls, concealed linear lighting, and the use of gray and brown corporate colors. As an accent, a round sink with a mirror and hidden shelves has been added to this area. The employee’s bathroom also continues the overall style of the space.
The space works equally well for both brand and operational purposes: a high level of customer service, a well-organized product display, and a comfortable environment for the team’s daily work.
