The entire space is immersed in warm, sandy tones with coral accents. The zones are also connected by a curve on the floor, which intuitively tells you where to go.
The project provided for all the functional little things – the illumination of mailboxes, recreation / waiting areas with tables – for guests or couriers.
Also in the entrance area there is a separate room for work – coworking and a children’s room.
The textures of stone, sand and concrete and aluminum matte panels were chosen as a priority in the design of finishing materials – as a contrast to the urban, “urban” mood.
Curvilinear guides on the floor also play the role of highlighting individual zones – they emphasize the logic of zoning.
The main passage spaces and storage spaces – wheelchairs – are made without unnecessary details and with clear navigation of additional rooms.
The coworking space reflects the seating areas at the reception desk and has several types of areas for work – a bar counter for a single stay; tables for working in a group of 4-6 people; and sofa groups – for relaxed work in an informal setting.
The next room is a children’s room. There are various entertaining, interactive and educational games.
