The design site is located in the nearest Moscow region to the west of Moscow, in an already established cluster of low-rise buildings with their own infrastructure.
The urban residences near the park are a series of modern block houses with expressive but restrained architecture. The monolithic light facade with deep plastic window openings with warm wood inserts in the entrance area form the order and simplicity of the overall image next to wildlife. Large windows and recessed loggias offer views of the green area, providing maximum natural light. The first level is designed as a private entrance area with integrated garages. The finishing materials are natural stone and wood.
The laconic forms of the residences, designed taking into account the relief, do not resist nature, but gently fit into it, preserving the context of the park area and the natural height differences.
The courtyards are designed so that neighbors can communicate, but at the same time, everyone feels their own personal space.
Large trees will be planted in the courtyard of each house. The owners will have a choice of 4 furnishing options: a barbecue terrace, a chill terrace with additional seating and relaxation areas, as well as two options for children – a playground and a trampoline.
The space along the street is organized as a linear park, a pedestrian green axis linking the residences into a single environment. The basis of the composition is formed by a route paved with light tiles, along which rhythmic metal pergolas and multi-tiered landscaping are arranged: lawns, shrubs, decorative plantings in flower pots and trees. The green areas alternate with recreation areas with benches, canopies, and covered parking spaces, allowing for a combination of transit and recreational functions and providing residents with scenarios for walking, recreation, and daily movement.
