The sculptural reception desk with soft radii becomes the center of the composition, the warm brass lines of the lamps set the feeling of movement and direct the flow. The neutral palette and neat details create a calm, premium atmosphere for the entrance group.
Each building has a simple waiting area with rounded tables, leather sofas and live plants. Panoramic glazing reveals a view of the greenery and fills the interior with daylight.
There are a lot of custom-made items here, especially for twelve. These are mailboxes and the reception desk. The avant-garde pattern of decorative fibreglass panels rhymes with the engraving on metal and glass.
The brass track lights support this motif and rhyme with the inserts above the panoramic windows. Reflective surfaces enhance natural light and visually expand the space.
The elevator halls are decorated with laconic portals with carved brass and a minimalistic waiting area.
The parking lot has smooth linear LED lighting, graphite columns with navigation and warm accents. The light, wear-resistant floor with clear markings creates a clean, functional and safe space.
A total of 372 parking spaces have been designed in the twelve quarter.
