The design of the entrance groups and common areas of the three buildings of the ERA residential complex, made with a reference to bohemian art deco and a functional "museum" space.

The architecture of the entrances is characterized by high ceilings and spacious spaces, which allowed the design decision to apply exceptional design methods. The main conceptual idea of interior design is to create the feeling of an art space in your home. Brass niches for sculptures, delicate sconces, natural stone and variations of porcelain stoneware – all this recalls the atmosphere of a gallery.

Here are collected several elements at once, referring to Art Deco:

porcelain stoneware socket, navigation font, custom-shaped furniture. Each element in the interior is in harmony with each other and creates a luxurious and warm atmosphere.

A distinctive feature of the space of common areas is zoning into public and private living rooms. At the main entrance there is a common living room for couriers, visiting guests, a place for distributing letters and parcels, as well as a reception desk.

Going deeper into the interior, a person discovers additional functions of the space – a place for private conversations, an entrance to the courtyard, a living room for residents, two elevator lobbies of an identical conceptual solution.

The elevator hall is a portal where stylistically the design of the cabin is the periphery between the atmosphere of the first floor and the design of typical ones.

The principles applicable both in the entrance groups and typical floors were extended to all 3 buildings of the residential complex: the main accent details, indents, finishing materials, lighting concept and zoning logic were observed.

Entire “premises” were given under such zones as mail and waiting area – the concept of the project does not provide for standard, walk-through solutions. Here everything is done in such a way as to slow down a person and give the opportunity to be in every corner of the interior.
