Eco-Sustainable Model Multi-Family Residential Building Competitive Design that won the WOODEBUILDING COMPETITION

A multi-apartment, low-rise residential building-cube is a universal, prefabricated housing, where CLT panels and reinforced concrete are used as the material for the building’s load-bearing structures. Equal in all directions, it has 4 floors: a public first floor and three residential ones.

All apartments are oriented to two sides of the world, which allows you to meet the requirements for insolation.

As an addition to the eco-concept and energy-efficient solutions, HPL veneered panels on a metal facade system were chosen as the material for the facade.

The Russian-folk ornament served as the details for the baskets for air conditioners. This emphasizes the flavor of the regions and areas in which this house will be built.
In addition, this solution minimizes the contrast between the surrounding countryside and the newly built architecture.
