A thoughtful space where it is equally comfortable to work, discuss ideas and receive clients. Clear movement logic, different types of work scenarios, comfortable places for communication and presentations — all in one solid space designed for team growth and flexible work.

The entrance group includes a vestibule and a reception with a wardrobe — a clear point of orientation and a place to meet guests. Nearby there are bathrooms and small technical/auxiliary rooms so that service functions do not fall into the work areas.

This space is a hybrid public meeting and waiting area, where the library of materials and the soft seating work as a single “club” interior.

The interior’s accent is an art object made of transparent shapes on a marble pedestal, defining the character of the entrance/gallery area.

The main office space is an open work area with plenty of soft seats. It is designed as a “project room”: it is convenient to assemble teams for different tasks, quickly rearrange seating arrangements and hold short internal discussions. Here you can also turn the hall into a lecture hall: arrange chairs and turn on the projector.

In the center there is a public office area with reception and soft seating for waiting and informal meetings. The space is united by a library of materials, landscaping in the center and warm lighting, and an industrial ceiling with a track light emphasizes the modern character of the interior. The palette is based on the contrast of terracotta and deep blue with accents of wood and stone.

The coffee point area is separate from the workplaces, but it is located next to the public area – it is convenient for daily breaks, small meetings and team communication. Through it you can access the terrace.

A coworking area with chamber seating niches: upholstered sofas are separated by wooden portals and create privacy for work and short meetings.

The kitchen area is designed in a modern, “premium” style: warm wood and brass details are combined with graphite stone floors. A central island with fluted facades organizes a space for coffee breaks and serving, while glass display cases and an expressive stone apron emphasize neatness and functionality. The atmosphere is complemented by a large pendant light with soft, uniform illumination.

The classrooms/offices and the server room are grouped in a quieter part.: These are areas for focused work, calls, and tasks that require privacy. Such zoning preserves calm acoustics and maintains order in the common space.

The director’s office is discreet and representative: the desk and the meeting area are combined into a single composition. The warm illumination of the built-in shelving emphasizes the texture of the wood and the order of storage, a large pendant lamp forms an even, business-like light. Minimalistic cabinets and art panels on the wall complete the look of a modern executive space.

The meeting room is designed in a strict, representative aesthetic: a large table with a stone top unites the space and sets a business tone. The deep blue textiles of the armchairs contrast with the graphite palette and brass accents in the built-in display cabinets. Even light is provided by large ceiling lamps and soft lighting of the shelves, a screen for presentations makes the room convenient for meetings and discussions of projects.

The other meeting room is a bright functional space with transparent glass partitions, designed for teamwork and presentations. A long table and built-in wooden furniture organize the storage order, and a large panel and marker surface are convenient for discussing ideas. The smooth soft light from hanging round lamps and warm terracotta accents in the furniture create a calm, working atmosphere.

The bathroom is designed in an expressive dark palette with an emphasis on textures: embossed wall tiles and a stone floor, a console made of white marble with contrasting veins adds graphics. Brass plumbing fixtures and thin wall sconces form a warm, chamber-like light, emphasizing the elegant mirrors of complex shapes and neat finishes.

The bathroom stalls are designed as a chamber art object: the contrasting combination of white marble with expressive veins, dark stone floor and graphic wall tiles creates depth and rhythm. The central accent is a panel with a geometric pattern and a soft wall lamp.

The terrace is designed as a cozy urban lounge area near the brick facade: stone paving sets a calm rhythm, and compact tables and upholstered outdoor furniture create comfort for meetings and relaxation. A light glass canopy highlights the entrance, linear planters with conifers and cereals create privacy and a green background. Warm decorative light completes the atmosphere in the evening.
